Marketing Coordinator – Charles Koch Institute

The Charles Koch Institute seeks a Marketing Coordinator with a special focus on social media to join its communications team. This position will work in support of efforts to increase the awareness of and engagement in the Institute’s various projects, including the Economic Freedom Project ( and the Institute’s professional education programs. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, executing, and measuring marketing strategies that more effectively reach the goals of the communications team and CKI.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•Identify gaps in existing marketing strategies

•Manage various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube

•Develop relationships with various external marketing vendors

•Consistently contribute creative ideas and advertising copy

•Develop metrics that accurately measure marketing success



•Bachelor’s degree, and 3-5 years of marketing and/or advertising experience preferred

•Solid understanding of and passion for economic freedom

•Ability to deliver on tight deadlines

•Can work autonomously and within a team

•Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus

•Entrepreneurial spirit, humility, and a high sense of urgency
